Office hours to answer data sharing agreements and contracting questions,
Coaching and technical assistance in the preparation of data files for submission, and
Facilitation to network partners to help troubleshoot submission errors.

What is the AASCU Student Success Equity Intensive timeline for PDP participation? AASCU’s SSEI cohort should look forward to the following timeline for PDP data submission. Note that the process includes tasks recommended for completion as part of the application process and tasks to be completed as part of the onboarding and ongoing program.

Application		Institutions’ legal team should be reviewing the NSC MSA and PDP Statement of Work. Send questions and comments to AASCU.
Application		Institutions’ institutional research office should be reviewing the PDP submission requirements and begin identifying steps necessary to prepare the files for submission.
Onboarding		Institutions execute MSA and PDP SOW with NSC. Institution preps data files for PDP baseline submission.
Onboarding		Institution submits baseline data to the PDP. About one month later, institutions and AASCU are provided with data dashboards and data files
Ongoing Program		Institution submits fall 2022 data to the PDP.
Ongoing Program		Institution submits spring 2024 data to the PDP.
Ongoing Program		Institution submits fall 2024 data to the PDP.
Ongoing Program		Institution submits spring 2024 data to the PDP.
