Meet Us

The Guide for Postsecondary Changemakers, or Changemakers Hub, is a dynamic, people-centered space created to support and empower higher education professionals working to eliminate race, ethnicity, and income as predictors of student success.

More than a library of tools, it’s a curated, evolving collection of field-tested strategies designed to help institutions implement and sustain equity-driven transformation.

Here, transformation goes beyond launching new initiatives or technologies. It’s about shifting mindsets, fostering shared purpose, and aligning work with the lived experiences of those making change happen every day.

Who are Changemakers?

Being a Changemaker is not just something you do—it’s who you are.

Higher education professionals are more than their titles; they are architects of transformation. They connect institutional strategy with the realities of students, faculty, and staff.

Transformation isn’t limited to a single project or role. It’s a mindset—one that demands adaptability, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the systems that shape student success.

Our Story: Tailoring Transformation

The context and unique characteristics of the institution matter. You know that. Your community, your students, and your mission influence the changes you pursue —and how you pursue them.

The Institutional Transformation Framework (ITF) was created with this in mind. Rather than prescribing a single path, the ITF offers a flexible, equity-centered approach that helps institutions organize their work around what students need to succeed. It brings together critical components—like student experience, evidenced-based solutions, institutional capacity, and continuous improvement—into a cohesive strategy for change.

You don’t have to do everything at once, or in any particular order.
What matters is starting where you are—and building toward what’s possible.

Share Your Transformation Story

Real change is shaped by real experience. We’re building a growing library of institutional stories—and we want to hear yours.

If your campus has insights, tools, or examples of equity-centered transformation, we invite you to share your work and help expand the field’s collective knowledge.

About the Changemakers Hub

We envision a higher education landscape where transformation is not a one-time effort but an ongoing, iterative process—co-created, informed by the field, and accessible to everyone shaping the future of postsecondary education.

The Changemakers Hub serves as both a trusted guide and a shared space for professionals leading change with purpose, learning from one another, and advancing transformation in ways that are sustainable, actionable, and deeply human-centered.

By building a shared understanding of transformation, we aim to move transformation beyond isolated reforms toward a collective movement for systemic impact.

The Changemakers Hub is hosted by Humanitae Advisors and curated by a team of professionals like you. For more info, please contact info@postsecondarytransformation.org.
